Collection can be made immediately after purchase (within opening hours) unless the item ordered is a special order. In this case, we will be in touch to let you know when your item has arrived at the studio for collection. 

Our opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm.

Returns 

Unless your order is faulty, The Heritage Paint Company operate a strict 'no return, no refund policy'.  As all products are either made to order or ordered in specially from the retailer, all sales are final and non-refundable.
